TERMS OF SERVICE
Acceptance of Terms: By engaging the services of Genos EV for custom electric vehicle builds, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and services.
Scope of Work: The scope of work for each custom vehicle project will be mutually agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project. Genos EV will provide services that may include scope planning, drafting and design, chassis building and customization, and prototype testing based on the client’s requirements.
Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the scope of work must be requested by the client in writing. Genos EV will assess the feasibility and additional costs of the requested changes. Approval of changes may be subject to additional fees and extended project timelines.
Pricing and Payment:
Pricing for custom vehicle builds will be provided to the client in a detailed quote and is subject to change based on modifications to the scope of work.
Payments are to be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of work.
Intellectual Property: All designs, technology, and intellectual property developed by Genos EV during the project are the exclusive property of Genos EV, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing timely information, feedback, and approvals to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Delays in client responses may result in project delays.
Warranty: Genos EV warrants that the custom electric vehicles will be free from material defects for a specified period from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability: Genos EV’s liability for any claims related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services. Genos EV is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to rectify the breach within a specified period.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek resolution through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by arbitration or in a court of law, as agreed upon by the parties.
Governing Law: These terms and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Genos EV is located.
Amendments: Genos EV reserves the right to update or modify these terms and services at any time. Continued use of Genos EV’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
